I woke up with headache and a tired mind.

It's so strange. While rest of the world, probable, gets up after a good 6 hour sleep all refreshed, I woke up as if I was having a 6 hour long conversation with someone.

And this is definitely not the conversation yoy wanted to have. 

One thing that I felt is very important in OCD treatment is  good sleep.

Hence  it's important to have good sleeping arrangements.
Right temperature. 
Right mattress. 
Right Pillow. 
And ofcourse,
Right you.
