meditation.

When I started doing meditation, it was so tough. I clearly remember the urge to open my eyes, just in 2 seconds. And I clearly thought of thwo things:

1.i don't think I can do any meditation.
2.i don't think it will be useful to me.

So I thought of just leaving it. 

But then every blog that I read, emphasized on meditation. I thought why not do it for 21 days. Without stopping.

And I did that. 

I don't know, but it helps tremendously. 
And now I am able to do meditation 

I still want to open my eyes in between. 
And sometimes I do. 

But it's worth doing.
